A REALTOR is a Real Estate agent same as above, but they have gone the extra mile and have subjected themselves to a strong and strict code of ethics that they must abide by. The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913.
